• Converted and rearchitected a legacy “loss triangle” process used by the Research department actuaries into an automated/self-service system using modern Microsoft stack technologies (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS). • Designed a completely new and automated data mining process (using Farm Bureau’s existing Property and Casualty data warehouse) to extract, assemble, aggregate and integrate data sets for the purpose of building a property rating model used to set property insurance rates. • Developed an extract and load process using SSIS to move data from legacy DB2 environments to Microsoft SQL Server. • Served as a designated trainer and evangelist to Farm Bureau IT staff regarding Microsoft Stack technologies. • Will soon be an integral part of Farm Bureau’s new Master Data Management practice (moving into this position by May 2019).

Data Architect
• Implemented new architectural design and development of Star Quality Measures including SUPD (Statin use in Diabetes) and Opioids (designed to track potential Opioid abuse among patients and providers). • Implemented major revisions and enhancements to processes that govern the Stars adherence measures of Diabetes, RAS and Statin, including the creation of new metrics such as daily PDC. • Designed, developed, documented and successfully implemented PharmMD’s first software development lifecycle process (SDLC) to allow continuous integration of code from Development to Production. • Implemented a remediation protocol for the MRM product line that was inherited in a non-functional condition and made it operational again. I also designed, developed and implemented MRM automated billing. • Designed, developed and implemented PharmMD’s first automated client billing reconciliation system, replacing a manual method that took several months with an automated method that takes seconds and can be operated by non-technical, non-subject area expert personnel. • Designed, developed and implemented automatic intake and integration of CMS/Acumen data with the billing system. Director/ Developer Lead of Business Intelligence • Served the role of lead developer for the STARS product line. • Rearchitected the Stars product line for end-to-end automation, robustness, reliability and timelineness. • Designed, developed and implemented PharmMD’s first Operational Data Store (ODS), to store all data for reporting and analytics, as well as set the foundation for a future data warehouse. • Planned and executed the migration of the STARS product line from SQL Server 2008R2 to SQL Server 2014 while maintain 100% business uptime. Business Intelligence Developer • Designed, developed and implemented PharmMD’s first fully automated billing system. • Designed, developed and implemented the Stars data warehouse. • Designed, developed and implemented the first fully automated StarCard for the STARS product line. • Designed, developed and implemented the Stars membership identification process. • Designed, developed and implemented a remediation protocol to replace all manual and non-functional processes in the STARS product line.
